How do I place an order?
Follow these simple steps to place your order:
- Select the item you want (choose stitching options if required).
- Add the item to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout from your shopping cart.
- Enter your billing, shipping information, and any coupon codes.
- Choose your payment method: For credit card payments, enter the details on the same page. For PayPal, you’ll be redirected to complete the transaction.
- Congratulations! Your order is placed. You’ll see your order number and receive a confirmation email with the details.
When will I receive my order?
The preparation time for each product is listed on its page. "Ready to Ship" items are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days). If your order includes multiple items with different processing times, it will ship when all items are ready.For example: If Product A ships in 48 hours, Product B in 7 days, and Product C in 21 days, your order will ship in 21 days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 4-7 business days
How will my order be delivered?
We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Aramex. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
How can I track my order?
Log in to your Darzee Traditions account and go to the "My Account" section. Click on "Orders" to view the status of your items. You can also email us at info@darzeetraditions.com with your order number for an update.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account provides benefits like faster checkout, tailored recommendations, order tracking, and points with our Loyalty Rewards Program, which can be redeemed for discounts. You can still create an account after completing your purchase.
Can I use multiple coupon codes in one order?
No, only one coupon code can be applied per order.
How should I care for my purchase?
We recommend dry cleaning for embellished garments. For cotton or digitally printed outfits, use cold water for washing.
How can I cancel an order I just placed?
Email us at info@darzeetraditions.com with your order number within 24 hours for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval based on the dispatch status. Approved cancellations will result in store credit. If a refund to your card is needed, a 15% restocking fee will apply.Note: Orders for "Ready to Ship" items cannot be canceled as they are processed immediately.
Why is it important to cancel within 24 hours?
We start processing orders immediately, including picking, customization, and logistics. Cancellation requests within 24 hours help us halt the process before it advances further.
I need to update details in my order. Should I cancel and reorder?
No need to cancel! If you need to update your contact information, shipping address, or measurements, email us at info@darzeetraditions.com with your order number. We’ll make the changes if the item hasn’t been stitched or shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible for timely updates.
